STATEMENT: PDE Action Supports the House Task Force on Defending Constitutional Rights and Exposing Institutional Abuses and Their Hearing on The Future of DEI in Law School Accreditation and the Legal Profession

For too long, the ABA’s monopoly on law school accreditation has gone unchecked. That has allowed the membership organization to promote its pet agenda and liberal orthodoxy through law school administration and curriculum, at the expense of a quality legal education, and under threat of losing accreditation and federal funding. It is high time for Congress to take a closer look at the ABA’s inculcation of DEI in American law schools, and we commend Representative Gill for his commitment to rooting out this divisive ideology.
